I am the founder of Kuusi Attorneys Ltd, an Attorney-at-Law and a Master of Laws with Court Training. I have over 15 years of experience in complex commercial law matters, dispute resolution and legal advisory work in various business environments.

My particular expertise lies in demanding and multi-layered disputes related to projects, technology, energy, construction and new business models. My work is not limited to ongoing projects or formal disputes but also includes preventive legal support, contract drafting and negotiations, as well as comprehensive legal advisory services for businesses.

I have long-standing experience advising startups and growth companies at different stages of development. My work has included legal support for building business operations, contractual arrangements and dispute resolution in situations where legislation has been incomplete or has not directly applied to new technologies and services. In such cases, legal creativity, strategic thinking and an understanding of the broader business context are essential.

I have worked in both the private and public sectors and understand the practical realities of different projects, organisations and operating environments. The starting point is rarely to terminate a project or cooperation, but rather to assess the situation carefully and choose the most appropriate way forward for the client. This may involve negotiation or amicable solutions – or, where necessary, pursuing the matter through a full dispute resolution process.

In addition to my work as a legal advisor and counsel, I regularly act as a mediator and arbitrator in commercial disputes.
